Patrick Alford
Paramedic
Patrick Alford serves as the East Alabama Ground Operations Director for Enterprise Rescue, Inc. Originally from Enterprise, he spent seven years living in Madison, Alabama before choosing to return home and give back by serving the community that shaped him. He joined ERI in May 2019, became a member in 2020, and was elected to the Board of Directors that same year. His involvement in both operational leadership and organizational decision-making reflects his commitment to strengthening ERI and the services it provides.
Patrick began his EMS journey in 2016 after completing his Basic EMT and Advanced EMT certifications at the Alabama Fire College in Tuscaloosa. He then earned his Paramedic certification from Wallace Community College in Dothan, where he further developed his clinical skills and passion for emergency medicine. Over the past decade, he has gained extensive experience across field operations, logistics, and leadership roles. Patrick remains deeply grounded in the core of EMS. Patient care is where he feels most connected to his calling, and being out in the streets, working directly with patients, is what he considers the heart of his work and the foundation of his strengths. Even with expanded administrative responsibilities, he stays closely involved with field operations because that is where the mission of EMS truly lives.

Greg Lee
EMT-Basic
Greg Lee has served in emergency services since 1989, and in that time has held several roles in the community. As a career firefighter, Greg has dedicated several years to Enterprise Rescue but began serving in the company’s Wheelchair Van division upon its inception in 2021. Those efforts afforded him the opportunity to take over management of the division in September of 2025, one that has grown from just a handful of vans in service to now a dozen-plus vehicles on the road across South Alabama. In that capacity, Greg primarily oversees all scheduling, personnel, and maintenance, ensuring the non-emergency service operates at its peak potential.
Greg retired from Ft. Rucker Fire Department as a Lieutenant in June of 2014 after a 25-year stint in the civil service. His other leadership roles include a three-year stint as Fire Chief at the South Alabama Regional Airport, as well as Fire Chief at DynCorp International from 2019-22. He’s served his hometown community of New Brockton for 43 years, where he still holds the assistant chief role of New Brockton Volunteer Fire Department. He also recently served on the Coffee County EMS Board.
Greg is also an active reserve with the Coffee County Sheriff’s Department, and prior held roles with the New Brockton Police Department, Coffee County Highway Department and Coffee County School System. A lifelong citizen and servant of Coffee County, Greg and his wife, Cindy, reside in New Brockton.
