FLEET MAINTENANCE SUPPORT CLERK JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview: 
Enterprise Rescue is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Office Clerk to primarily support our Fleet Maintenance Division, with flexibility to perform general office and clerical duties as assigned. This position plays a key role in managing work orders, part numbers, billing for parts and labor, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an automotive setting and strong organizational and communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 
• Process and manage work orders with accuracy and efficiency 
• Track and organize part numbers for inventory and billing 
• Handle billing for both parts and labor in a timely and precise manner 
• Generate, maintain, and update a structured and accessible filing system 
• Communicate clearly with mechanics, vendors, and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow 
• Perform general clerical duties including data entry, document management, and customer service support 
• Assist with parts ordering and inventory coordination as needed 
• Support additional departments or tasks as needed, based on organizational priorities 

Required Qualifications: 
• Experience in an automotive office or service department 
• Billing or invoice experience 
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Experience with NAPA TRACS software is strongly preferred 

Schedule: 
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with a flexible support role across departments 

Compensation: 
Starting at $14–$16 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
