About Enterprise Rescue Membership

The Enterprise Rescue Membership program is designed to provide peace of mind for the community and its residents, knowing they are financially protected from potentially high transport costs. Fully managed and operated by ERI, the program covers 100% of expenses associated with deductibles, co-payments, and any remaining out-of-pocket costs. Memberships are sold to households, meaning anyone in the household is covered with a single membership.

Membership Details and How it Works

  • How it works:
    • 1. Members sign-up and pay an up-front annual membership fee.
    • 2. If a member – or anyone in the household requires medically-necessary ground transport – insurance will be billed first. Any uncovered costs are waived under the membership.
    • 3. For any uninsured individuals who sign-up for a membership, those patients will be financially responsible for 50% of the total amount of charges rendered by Enterprise Rescue.
  • Pricing: Annual membership fees start at $75 per household with options to extend coverage for up to five (5) years at the time.
    • 1-Year Membership: $75 | Senior (62+): $50
    • 3-Year Membership: $175 | Senior (62+): $100
    • 5-Year Membership: $300 | Senior (62+): $150
  • Eligibility: Membership covers medically-necessary ambulance transports within Enterprise Rescue’s coverage area (Coffee County, Level Plains, Monroe County). The membership does not cover transports via ERI’s Wheelchair Van division. The household membership applies to anyone in a single household that can prove proof of residency.
  • Coverage: As long as the patient is insured, membership will cover the costs that would otherwise be the responsibility for the patient, whether co-pays, deductibles, or remaining transport costs.
